Jeff and Donna Ables
Lead Pastors
Jeff and Donna grew up in North Louisiana and were married in 1981. In 1986 they moved to Lafayette, Louisiana, to be the youth pastors of Crossroads Church, where they led a thriving youth ministries and launched one of the country’s first-ever Master’s Commission programs. After a short time in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Atlanta, Georgia, the Ables returned to Lafayette in 1999 to become the lead pastors of Crossroads Church. They have faithfully led the church ever since.
Jeff and Donna have two children and two grandchildren. Jeff enjoys horseback riding and golf, and together they love snow skiing and traveling.
