The Real Story of Christmas is a broadway-style musical that gives life to some of the best-loved stories of Christmas in a way that is centered around the true story of Christmas. A lively and interactive event, the show has a powerful message for the whole family.

Grace Doll is a misfit toy who feels broken and discarded. As Santa’s helpers try to cheer her up, Santa and Mrs. Claus tell their favorite Christmas stories to a stage full of dancing and singing elves.

From Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer to The “Cajun” Night Before Christmas, these stories come alive in a way that has everyone laughing and singing along! With brand new scenes and songs, this year’s show will not disappoint!

The climax of the show is when Santa and Mrs. Claus call for the REAL story of Christmas to be shared and the beautiful characters of the Nativity, including live camels and sheep, appear on stage bringing their gifts and adoration to the baby Jesus.

After the show, families are invited to have their pictures taken with Santa, Mrs. Claus, Elf on the Shelf and the nativity characters free of charge!

DO I NEED A TICKET?

No, you do not need a ticket for Free General Admission seats. Reserved Seating is available for $10 per seat and does guarantee that you will be able to see the show… even if you arrive late.

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

Yes! All parking is free.

When entering the parking lot, you will be directed by parking attendants where to park. Although you may see an open spot or prefer to park in a different area, please follow the attendant’s directions. Trust us! There is a method to the madness

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show you’d like to attend.

If you’ve been to other large events like concerts or sports games, you know how important it is to plan ahead. In 2023, over 17,000 people attended the show. That’s a lot of people! So it is very important that you arrive early. Parking will take time. Finding your seat, buying concessions or merchandise, and locating the restrooms will all take time. But it is going to be SO worth it!

WHAT IF THE SHOW I WANT TO ATTEND IS FULL?

Come to the next one! There are 7 opportunities to see the show this year.

Free General Admission Seats are first come, first serve. However, if you purchase a Reserved Seat, you will be guaranteed access to the showtime you selected.

DO DOORS CLOSE WHEN THE SHOW STARTS?

Interior Doors to the Auditorium will close at the top of the hour for each show and will remain closed until 10 minutes into the show. For safety reasons, if you are not in your seats before the show begins, you will not be allowed to re-enter until 10 minutes after. Our show is highly interactive, with actors and props in the aisles. We do not want anyone to get hurt.

Exterior Doors & Parking Lot will be closed to General Admission when capacity is reached. If you have purchased Reserved Seats, simply show your digital or printed ticket and you will be allowed to enter.

IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?

We are not able to provide childcare during the show.

The Real Story of Christmas is a family-friendly experience that children are sure to enjoy! However, we also understand that little ones can sometimes get restless.

To help parents, we offer the following spaces:

Mothers Room – A private room designed for nursing mothers and moms with young children who may need a break. Please note, this space is reserved for women only.
Family Area – Located near the café, this space is open to all parents and families who need a comfortable spot during the show.
