What Is The Dream Team?

The Dream Team is the heartbeat of The Exchange and is comprised of passionate leaders of all ages who are dedicated to impacting the students of our city. Dream Team members are the “behind the scenes” rockstars responsible for facilitating The Exchange every week. Being a part of the Dream Team also gives you access to special monthly gatherings, fun outings, and opportunity to help cultivate new ideas in The Exchange.

 

Are There Any Requirements To Join?

To join the Dream Team, you first need to go through Next Steps, which are 4 short classes that are designed to familiarize you with the vision of our church, and to help you take the next steps in your faith. Crossroads offers Next Steps every Sunday at 10:45 am in the Next Steps Room. 

 

Is There An Age Limit To Join?

To join the Dream Team you must be in the 6th grade or above. Adults are highly encouraged to be apart as well!  *Individuals 18 years or older must undergo a background check prior to joining the Dream Team.
